What this site is
This site describes lead packages sold by Hydra Leads. Nothing on it is an offer to sell; a purchase happens only under a signed Exclusive Lead Package Agreement.
The data
Lists are built from public records and screened to our published criteria on the day they are built. Renewal dates are inferred from policy start dates. We make no promise about response, quotes, binding or revenue.
Use of lists
Lists are for the buying agency's own prospecting. They may not be resold, shared or published. Buyers are responsible for complying with telephone and email marketing law in their outreach.
Liability
Our liability under any purchase is capped at the fees paid in the 30-day period in which the claim arose. Neither side is liable for lost profits or indirect loss.
Changes
We may change this page. The agreement you sign governs any purchase.
