What we collect from you
If you contact us or sign up for updates: your name, email, phone and what you tell us, plus a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address so we can stop spam (it can't be turned back into the address). Nothing else. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.
What we do with it
Reply to you, send the updates you asked for, and deliver lists you bought. We do not sell your details.
The carrier records
The lists we sell are built from public records published by federal and state bodies. We hold copies to build lists and refresh them. A carrier who wants a record corrected should update it at the source; we refresh from there.
Signed-in accounts
If you have a dashboard login, we keep a record of sign-ins and of how the dashboard is used, including the device and approximate location. We use it to keep accounts secure, to keep each state with the agency that holds it, and to fix problems.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your contact details or stop updates at any time by email.
