Exclusivity
One agency per state. In writing.
The data behind a list is public. What you cannot get anywhere else is a state that has been screened, refreshed daily, and promised to you alone. Here is what that promise says.
What we promise
- One agency per state, for as long as you renew. We will not sell, license or give your state's list, or any record in it, to another insurance agency, broker or producer while you are a customer.
- A fresh list every 30 days, delivered within two business days of payment.
- Cancel with 7 days' written notice by email. Exclusivity runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What we don't promise
- How many carriers will answer, quote, bind or renew with you.
- Any revenue or commission figure. Your close rate is yours.
- Perfect contact details. Carriers self-report, and some of it is stale.
What exclusivity covers
- Your state, for the insurance industry. The same public records may be sold to buyers outside insurance, such as factoring or dispatch companies.
- Every record we deliver to you and every future delivery under the agreement.
- It does not stop anyone obtaining public records directly.
